Spring Semester: Update

So after attending class this past week, i've become reacquainted with school and its routine. What does this semester bring? Probably a lot more work. The good thing is, pretty much all of it is math related, so at least it's not something i hate to do. One bad thing though that i've come to realize is that most of my TAs are not suited to be TAs. In my math discussion section, another student ended up explaining a problem that the TA couldnt do... and then our TA went on to apologize... bad sign... Then my statics TA told us in class that he hated to do this... and then went on to try and explain a problem to us... in the process of which me and a couple other students explained to him how to do the problem... again... bad sign... i'm probably gonna attend a different TA session for statics since theyre not mandatory and they dont check attendance. I havent had a TA session for physics yet, but when he introduced himself to the class, he seemed a bit absent minded... but one good thing i have discovered... my physics teacher is a pretty devout Christian. He spent about 15 min on the second day of class telling us about his life and how God affected it. He even gave us an open invitation to come to him if we needed someone to talk to... even if it wasn't about physics. That kinda blew me away because i never thought a prof could be like that especially at such a large university. It's reassuring to know that he actually cares about his students, not just academically but also personally. Well, that about wraps up things for now... goin home this weekend... gonna hear some wedding bells a ringin :D Hoping that i'll be able to borrow my friends camera to use at the wedding *crossing fingers and praying hard. Talent show is on Sunday too, so be praying for that as well as for John and Grace.
